Selecting Route at checkout places responsibility for claim resolution directly with Route, ensuring fast replacements or refunds—usually within 24 hours.

Route coverage includes:
- Lost packages, carrier has not delivered within 7 business days.
- Stolen packages
- marked “delivered” but not received.
- Damaged packages product(s) broken, leaking, or compromised on arrival.
