Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Return Policy

Due to the sensitive nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason, including change of mind or incorrect ordering.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

Eligibility for Replacement:
  • Must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery

  • Product must remain unopened and unused

  • Valid proof of damage or error required

Non-Returnable Items:
  • Opened or used vials

  • Items not in original condition

  • Orders returned without prior authorization
