Shipping Policy

Overview

We partner with Route Package Protection to give customers optional shipping insurance and tracking support. Route provides coverage against loss, theft, or damage during transit. Selecting Route at checkout places responsibility for claim resolution directly with Route, ensuring fast replacements or refunds—usually within 24 hours.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Orders placed after 2 PM PST will begin processing the following business day.
You’ll receive an email or text notification once your order has shipped, including tracking information.

Shipping Methods & Rates

UPS 2-Day Air and Ground Select is our standard service.
Free UPS 2-Day Air on orders over $200 USD (after discounts, before tax).
UPS Ground or USPS Priority may be used for select locations or P.O. boxes.

Route Package Protection

Route protection is optional but strongly recommended.
Route handles lost, stolen, or damaged package claims directly not Double R Labs.
If Route is not selected at checkout, Double R Labs is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they leave our facility.
If you select Route, visit claims.route.com to file your claim. Most claims are processed within 24–48 hours.
Route coverage includes:
  • Lost packages, carrier has not delivered within 7 business days.
  • Stolen packages
  • marked “delivered” but not received.
  • Damaged packages  product(s) broken, leaking, or compromised on arrival.

Shipping Address & Delivery Issues

Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout.
Double R Labs is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If your address needs to be updated after placing an order, contact us immediately at Info@doublerlabs.net.

Return Policy

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the sensitive nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason, including change of mind or incorrect ordering.

Refunds are only issued if a package is returned to us by the carrier as undeliverable. Shipping fees are non-refundable

Damaged or Incorrect Items


If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [Insert Email]. Provide photos of the packaging and item(s), and we’ll work to resolve the issue promptly.

Eligibility for Replacement
  • Must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery

  • Product must remain unopened and unused

  • Valid proof of damage or error required

Non-Returnable Items
  • Opened or used vials

  • Items not in original condition

  • Orders returned without prior authorization
